A Conversation with Kris Carr
Last week I sat down with Kris Carr via Skype and connected with her about her new book, Crazy Sexy Juice: 100+ Simple Juice, Smoothie & Nut Milk Recipes to Supercharge Your Health. I am so happy that I was able to connect with her! What I love about Kris is that she is exactly who she puts herself out there to be. She and her brand both emanate authentic love, kindness, and positivity.
In this interview, we discuss the topics of fear and balance. We also talk about why it’s important to love yourself, at this very moment. Kris shares her “3 wins” method with us, and I think you’ll find it inspiring!
Leave us a comment below with your “juicy” thoughts.
