Grounded Spirit in the Masculine and the Feminine… A Conversation with Jeff Brown

I am honored to have spoken with Jeff Brown, author, filmmaker, teacher and just a fabulous Canadian! In my life, I have encountered many people from all walks of life. I must say that this encounter was one of my favorites! Why, you may ask? Because when I run into a conscious human being that is a MAN and is all heart with no BS… I am awestruck. Additionally, Jeff is a brilliant intellect in his writing and teachings. He has this way of simplifying complex concepts for the pedestrians of the world – that would be me! I first encountered him on Facebook because of his daily posts that resonated with me. If you are not a fan of Jeff, you will be as soon as you “Like” his page. About the Author | Jeff Brown

A former criminal lawyer and psychotherapist, Jeff Brown is the author of six popular books: Soulshaping: A Journey of Self-Creation, Ascending with Both Feet on the Ground, Love It Forward, An Uncommon Bond, Spiritual Graffiti, and Grounded Spirituality. He is also the producer and primary journeyer in the award-winning spiritual documentary Karmageddon.     JUST ENJOYED THE CONVERSATION W YOURSELF AND JEFF BROWN. AND I DO BELIEVE THE MORE ENERGY YOU GIVE SOMETHING THE MORE EMPOWERED IT WILL BECOME. I LIKED THE DEFINITION OF SPIRITUALITY JEFF USED, AS YOU DID. GIVE THAT ‘LIL VOICE’ THE RESPECT IT DESERVES. I REALLY IDENTIFIED WITH MANY MANY PARTS OF THIS ‘SHARING’. THANK ‘YOU’ FOR SHARING IT WITH THE REST OF US.

    WE ALL HAVE A PURPOSE AND LIFE FORCE

    IT WILL HELP ALONG MY JOURNEY AS WELL AS OTHERS I’M SURE.
