A Conversation With Jennifer Louden Personal Growth Pioneer and Author

Jen Louden is simply and practically one of the coolest women I have ever met. Ok…the word “cool” might sound dated to some of you, but here is my definition of it: 1) Grounded 2) Practical 3) Thoughtful 4) Wise and 5) Compassionate. I am lucky enough to have this great teacher, author and human being in the Seattle area. Her books and teachings inspire me, but more importantly, they give me permission and encouragement to follow my own path and to listen to the most important person in this world – ME! Our conversation was effortless, aligned and I cannot wait to connect with Jen again very soon!

Jen is a personal growth pioneer and author who helped launch the self-care movement with her first book, The Woman’s Comfort Book. She’s the author of 6 additional books on well-being and whole living that have inspired more than a million women in 9 languages and she’s even sat on Oprah’s couch. Her most recent book is A Year of Daily Joy: A Guided Journal to Creating Happiness Every Day, just out from National Geographic. She is also the creator of The Oasis, guided support to live and create with no holding back.  This program gives you a dedicated time to do the deep listening and processing you know WORKS but you don’t always do.  Click here to learn more about Oasis.
