Empower Young Women Leaders with Wf1’s University Truthteller Tours

Studies have shown that a feminine style of leadership focused on collaboration and building relationships increases engagement and productivity, while amplifying learning outcomes. 

But as institutions and organizations, we need to do better by our young women. We need to give them the skills that are necessary to face rapidly shifting political, social, environmental, and economic models. We need to equip them with the confidence and leadership abilities that they need…and that our world needs, too. 

This is why Women For One is committed to fostering leadership and confidence among young women and ensuring a bright future for communities everywhere. And we are inviting educational institutions to step up. 

We are holding our very first university Truthteller Tour at Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS, on October 1. This special event brings young women leaders together to have the hard conversations and find support in moving toward their greatness. Aside from sharing the voices and truths of a handful of young women, we’ll also be holding an intimate roundtable discussion that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities young women face on a college campus—and what it means to approach the hard conversations in our personal lives and communities, so that we can move into our “what’s next” together.
