A few weeks ago I sat down with Erin Stutland, creator of Shrink Session, Sweat Therapy, to talk about the integration of the mind and body and one of my favorite words – movement! I loved connecting with Erin because she exudes clarity and motivation! Erin isn’t your traditional “trainer” where she pushes you to your physical extreme. She has developed programs that have a gentle approach to help you combine your physical workouts with intention and awareness.
