Find Your Fire at the Warrior Goddess Weekend in Seattle
To come into wholeness, we need to heal all aspects of ourselves: our mind, energy, emotions, and physical body. Spiritual teacher (and one of my good friends) HeatherAsh Amara is leading yet another incredible Warrior Goddess Weekend August 17 to 19, 2018, in Seattle! I’ll also be there as a featured speaker and teacher talking about the power of women integrating their messiness to find their brilliance and claim their unique voices.
Each Warrior Goddess Weekend focuses on a different theme of healing and integration. Through exercises, teachings, and an abundance of practical wisdom, we’ll dive deep into transformation from the inside out. You’ll leave feeling energized, inspired, and supported by a circle of women in a way you’ve never experienced before.
This year’s theme is water, and we’ll focus on opening, fluidity, healing, and what it means to become a heart warrior.
Over the course of the weekend, we will explore the element of water and how it connects to healing your emotional body. Every thought, action, and experience can come from a place of fear, or from a place of love; with experience and understanding, we can learn to choose which emotion dictates our reactions. You’ll learn how you can heal the old anger, grief, and numbness in your emotional body so you stop carrying the heaviness of the past. With your emotional body as your ally and intuitive guide, you’ll find new wisdom, lightness, and the true meaning of unconditional love.
Special teachings for this event:
- Learn how to stop being triggered and stop taking things personally
- Four ways to forgive and move on
- How your heart is the key to transformation
- A two-step process to stay centered in difficult times
- Four powerful tools to clear out old, limiting agreements and beliefs
The event also includes an optional Firewalk and Bonfire Celebration!
